At SEJ STUDIO, we take pride in delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed artwork. Every piece is crafted and packaged with care. If you’ve encountered an issue, we’re here to help. 


ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Please note that all sales of original artworks are final. Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, SEJ STUDIO does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on original works once the order has been placed.


FINE ART PRINTS – 7 DAY RETURN POLICY

SEJ STUDIO offers a 7-day return window on fine art prints. To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@sejstudio.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Packaged securely in the original packaging

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

  • Refunds or store credits are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • SEJ STUDIO reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

SEJ STUDIO is not liable for damage caused during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to assist with your claim.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Orders are fulfilled from both India and the United States, depending on the customer's location and product type. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on destination country regulations.


GIFTED MISPRINTS & PACKING SLIPS

From time to time, SEJ STUDIO may include complimentary misprints as a goodwill gesture. Due to past misuse, we now highlight all contents (including gifted misprints) on the printed invoice included in the parcel.

To request a replacement or report a discrepancy, you must provide a clear photo of the invoice delivered with your package as proof of contents.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Original artworks

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids


EU CUSTOMERS – 14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This excludes original artworks and custom-made items. Items must be returned in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note: Bank or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and funds have not been received, contact us at info@ejstudio.com
